What type of payment do you accept?
All orders are securely processed through PayPal. PayPal accepts most major credit and debit cards. For more information regarding PayPal secure checkout process click here.

I have received a defective product
If you happen to receive a damaged shipment due to improper packaging notify us within three days from the arrival date. Proof of the damaged shipment is required and we will happily replace any damaged products.

How do I make a return?
Our customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We will accept returns and issue a full refund (excluding shipping) within 14 days of receipt. Items must still be full and in original packaging to qualify for a refund. Our customer safety comes first and we will never resell a product once it has been purchased.

When will my package arrive?
All packages are shipped via USPS. We do not offer any expedited shipping services at this time. Depending on your location please allow 5-10 standard business days for your package to arrive in the US and up to 30 days for international orders. If we have any suspicious of fraudulent purchases, Johnny Concert has the right to investigate and suspend any transactions and shipments until further notice.

When can I expect my tracking info?
Please allow up to 48 hours from your purchase for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

How is shipping calculated?
FREE SHIPPING is offered on all domestic U.S. orders that total $50 or more at the time of purchase and may not be combined with previous orders. Make sure to select the FREE SHIPPING tab in the drop down menu. We cannot refund any accidental shipping cost once the order is finalized.

Our flat shipping rates are as follows:

US: $5.95 | International: $14.95

*International orders may have applicable custom and postal fees depending on your country’s postal service. Johnny Concert is not responsible for these additional fees and taxes. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Johnny Concert will not pay import fees that your country may impose, nor will any refund, or exchange issue for brokerage fees or custom fees.

Country’s Border and Disposal Issues
Any country or nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Johnny Concert and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities. In the event that your country’s inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer and, Johnny Concert will not issue a replacement nor refund for such occurrences. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.

Does Johnny Concert test on animals?
Absolutely NO! We are a Cruelty-Free brand and do not support animal testing nor purchase ingredients from suppliers that perform animal testing. We have taken the pledge and are a proud member of the PETA Caring Consumer Program.

Are Johnny Concert products Vegan?
Our brand is 100% Vegan Certified by Vegan.org meaning our products do not contain any animal by-product such as carmine, beeswax, lanolin, hydrolyzed silk, collagen or honey.

Are Johnny Concert’s products natural?
Cosmetic companies tend to define ‘natural’ in varying ways. Johnny Concert has taken the Truth in Labeling pledge of the Natural Ingredient Resource Center, which defines “natural ingredients” as including “plant, mineral or microbial ingredients present in or produced by nature; produced using minimal physical processing; directly extracted using simple methods, simple chemical reactions or resulting from naturally occurring biological processes.” View our complete ingredient list here. **Natural ingredients may be more susceptible to allergies. Please familiarize yourself with our ingredients before using and if any reaction occurs discontinue use immediately.

I have re-ordered the same product but it is slightly different
Due to the qualities of natural ingredients, it is possible to have a slight variation in color or the viscosity of a product. Seasonal temperature changes can also affect the consistency.

Are Johnny Concert products Organic?
We use a very high percentage of USDA Certified Organic ingredients and source raw materials from vendors that do not use pesticides.

What is the shelf life of Johnny Concert products?
The shelf life of our products is approximately 6-12 months but there are many factors determining the shelf life of natural skincare products devoid of synthetic preservatives, these guidelines are valid only when the products are under proper handling and storage (i.e. no direct sunlight, extreme temperatures or similar).
